Captive Management Structure and Program Management

The Georgia Branch, Associated General Contractors - Georgia's leading commercial construction association offering members legislative representation, life-saving safety training and state-of-the-art educational programs with over 80 years of service to Georgia.

CompTrust AGC Mutual Captive Insurance Company is a Workers Compensation Program organized under the laws of the State of Georgia and sponsored by the Georgia Branch AGC. The Board of Directors is made up of participating members, elected by the membership.  The Directors are all Georgia contractors who dedicate their time and effort to ensure all Georgia Branch, AGC members are afforded the opportunity to participate in this valuable program. 

The Captive provides statutory limits of workers' compensation coverage to its members through pooling of premiums.  The Captive purchases excess of loss reinsurance coverage as a way to protect the assets of the captive from the impact of large losses.

Since its inception, the Captive has contracted with experts in all areas of administration to ensure proper management of assets and adequate funding of liabilities.  The Directors contract the day-to-day operations of the Captive to Affinity Service Group.

Affinity Service Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Georgia Branch, AGC. Affinity employees are experienced, senior professionals engaged in the delivery of third party administration, insurance services, claims administration, loss control and safety consulting to CompTrust AGC Mutual Captive Insurance Company.
